Vision
Typically, a brokerage has more robust ad budget at their disposal than an individual would. We're able to buy into the market in ways that an agent may not be able to.
Iron Gate purchases leads (people looking online to buy or sell) and distributes them to participating agents. Once a lead has been assigned to the agent, they work the lead, following up aggressively (online leads need a average of 7 points of contact) nurturing and ultimately converting the lead. Upon closing the lead, there is a referral fee collected to go back to the program as we continue to buy leads! There are certain criteria to become eligible for leads.


Eligibility

Agents must have completed in-house sales + forms training with Laura

Meet with Maya for Chime training and setup

Agents must consistently update the leads within Chime

Agents must inform the closing department of the company generated lead at the time of contract

Agents must show an effort to work leads to the best of their ability, remaining professional and efficient

Agents must pay a 25% referral fee to the office upon closing a company generated lead (not agent generated leads)
